We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
After placing an order, if it cannot be fulfilled due to stock or logistics reasons, we will contact you and proactively cancel the order. Upon order cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 48 hours and returned to the original payment method.
Tailwaggingpetsis committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If our products don’ t meet your expectations, you may return your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date.
30-Day Returns
Return Requirements:
To qualify for a return, items must:
✔ Be in original condition (unused, with tags)
✔ Include original packaging, accessories, user manual, and any promotional gifts
✔ Be pre-approved by our customer service before returning
Return Shipping:
For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds cover the product price only (excluding shipping fees).
Non-Returnable Items:
- All custom products do not support returns.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or mis-shipped, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund, including shipping.This does not cover damage caused by accidental or intentional mishandling after delivery

RETURN ADDRESS
Please contact contact@tailwaggingpets.com.comto get the return address. (please do not return your products before getting confirmation via email from contact@tailwaggingpets.com)
Due to the custom nature of all orders, Tailwaggingpetscannot issue refunds or cancellations if any work is started by the artist unless an exception is made by the selling artist.
If you received the wrong product, and incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions.
If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTES
For all returns, please pay the shipment fee.
If your device is faulty/DOA, we will reimburse the shipping fee after inspection and confirmation that your device is within warranty.
